At JPlus Care Australia, we are dedicated to providing unwavering assistance and support to persons with disabilities and their families ensuring they secure stable, secure, and accessible long-term accommodations. With our dedicated team of experts, we closely collaborate with you to assess your specific requirements, find appropriate housing, and make all the necessary moving arrangements.
Our mission is to provide NDIS participants with the highest quality of care and ensure access to residences perfectly tailored to their needs. Situated in locations with all essential amenities, the accommodations redefine comfort and convenience.
Unlock an array of pleasant short-term, medium-term accommodations, and NDIS respite care facilities for our participants. Our long-term accommodations are vigilantly overseen by 24/7 staff, ensuring seamless support for day-to-day needs. In addition, we provide three distinct types of care for those who require assistance for a medium amount of time: home-based care, live-in care, and assisted living. The extent of assistance needed by each person dictates the accommodation type offered.
Community Participation
Being part of social community events and activities enrich life as it enhances our sense of belonging and purpose. Some people, including those with disabilities, may require extra support to pursue their community, social, or recreational goals.

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills.
At JPlus Care Australia, we will engage with you to achieve your goals through our Daily Living and Life Skills program. Our experienced team will partner with you and your family or carers to implement tailored support aimed at developing your everyday skills, fostering confidence, and promoting independence.
We desire to enhance the ability to independently manage daily life through a range of life skills focusing on training and development activities undertaken by the participant or their carer. To support participants in overcoming these challenges, we provide a selection of training and development activities designed to build up their capacity to manage daily life by fostering the development of knowledge, skills, and support networks. We recognize the distinct challenges individuals with disabilities encounter regarding personal and interpersonal skills development. We offer comprehensive services to support you, your families, or carers in addressing these challenges as they arise, while also implementing strategies to enhance your ability to manage them effectively in the future. We also collaborate with parents to address episodic challenges such as transitions into, between, and out of educational settings, as well as the transition from the family home to independent or group-based living environments.
In-Home Support
To offer the best utmost personalized support, we collaborate closely with you, the participant, and your plan to deliver services tailored to help you achieve your goals. JPlus Care Australia offers a wide range of support and assistance, from household cleaning to full-time live-in care provided by certified support workers or registered nurses.
Domestic Assistance
At JPlus Care Australia, we understand the importance of clean and well-organized living space in enhancing your overall well-being, especially for individuals with disabilities. Our dedicated team is here to assist you with a variety of everyday household tasks through our comprehensive Help Around the Home (Domestic Assistance) services, tailored to meet the needs of those with disabilities. These services encompass a wide range of tasks, including laundry, ironing, floor cleaning, bed-making, changing linen and towels, kitchen cleaning, garbage disposal, dusting, surface wiping, general tidying up, and even simple internal window cleaning. With our assistance, you can enjoy a clean and comfortable living environment, ensuring your peace of mind and comfort.
Transportation
Participants in NDIS have access to JPlus Care Australia's confidence-building resources and travel management training to help them make the most of their independent travel opportunities. Through our tailored support and provision of necessary equipment, we facilitate seamless and confident travel for participants.
Recognizing the challenges posed by physical impairments, JPlus Care Australia offers dedicated transportation services that prioritize safety and reliability. Whether it's commuting to and from home, work, or educational institutions, we ensure your transportation needs are met with precision.
When you use our NDIS transportation service, you can count on getting the individualized care and safe, dependable transportation you need. We're willing to be flexible with the frequency of our visits and provide instructions to help you get mobile on your own. If necessary, we can also arrange other alternative transportation solutions such as taxi services.
Support Coordination
If you or a family member is living with a disability, our team of experienced support coordinators can guide you through the complexities of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan and help you find suitable care options.
Our support coordination services include:
Assisting you and your family in understanding the NDIS and its processes.
Consulting with you and your family to determine the necessary support and its timing.
Identifying local service providers.
Assisting with budgeting, price negotiation, and establishing service agreements.
Aiding in completing necessary paperwork for chosen providers.
We provide progress reports to the NDIA before plan reviews and help you prepare for NDIS reviews. Additionally, we ensure your plan obtains value for money that you spend, monitor your budget, and track funding expenditures.
