The wonderful team at JPlus Care shows tremendous love and passion towards their work. As difficult life changing situations happens to your love one, JPlus has been nothing but supportive and compassionate in the care they give. Communication is detailed, transparent and responsive from managers to carers and family members. JPlus has been working with my family for just under a month now but I felt they are like family right from the beginning

The carers, support coordinator (Huong Che) and case manager (Maria) at the centre are kind, empathetic and wondrous people. I truly appreciate this community, the dedication and the invaluable contributions of its workers.

I've been engaging with many of the lovely staff at JPlus care, Le is amazing and always available to explain difficult NDIS processes that can be very confusing for first time participants. Maria has found me suitable support workers that are perfect for my needs. Levi is always there to communicate and problem solve, he is very quick to respond. He is very hard working and always responses very kindly and professionally. It's been so lovely to work such a kind hearted and caring person. Thank you to the JPlus care team for your work.

The range of activities offered here for my family members are top notch. I don't think I have ever experience such a warm and welcoming community as JPlus, they are very dedicated in bringing a better life to people and make sure they have a good time along side the team. I love JPlus!
